Booking Your Appointment

To schedule your appointment, you can contact me via phone, email, or through the website. I offer evening and weekend appointments upon request, and home visits can be arranged for an additional fee.

Before Your First Visit

Prior to your first appointment, you'll receive a holistic consultation form electronically. Please complete and return this before your visit. For your initial session, allow an extra 15 minutes to discuss your consultation.

Cancellation Policy

I require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you'll be charged 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost. I may make exceptions for emergencies, illnesses, or extreme weather at my discretion.

Late Arrival Policy

Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival, and full payment for the scheduled time is required. Please arrive 5 minutes early to prepare for your session.

Payment Methods

Initial appointments require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Payment for treatments is due at the time of service. I accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers. The Zone Face Lift 12-week programme requires advance payment, which can be made in full or in 2-3 instalments.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for three months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The cancellation policy applies to gift voucher bookings.

Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations and treatments is strictly confidential. Your privacy and comfort are my top priorities.

Health and Safety

Please inform me of any changes to your health or medication. Some conditions may require GP consent before treatment. I reserve the right to refuse treatment if I believe it's not in your best interest.

Disclaimer

Treatments are not a substitute for medical care. If you have health concerns, please consult your GP. While many find my treatments beneficial, results can vary between individuals.
